Everything you need to know before you order — so your cake arrives perfectly on time.

Order Lead Times
Standard cakes & pastries: Same-day or next-day delivery available (order before 12PM for same-day).

Custom birthday cakes: Please allow 2–3 days minimum notice.

Wedding & tiered cakes: We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your perfect design.

All our cakes are packaged in secure, food-safe cake boxes designed to protect your order during transit. Tiered and decorated cakes are handled with extra care.

Tip: For best results, keep your cake refrigerated upon arrival and remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before serving.
